Professional Services Consultant

Overview

OLOID is redefining workplace identity and access. We work with some of the world’s largest enterprises to modernize their frontlines, and we’re looking for a Professional Services Consultant to help us bring that transformation to life.

As a key member of our team, you’ll serve as the primary point of contact for onboarding and deploying OLOID solutions across a customer base that includes Fortune 500 companies. You will own the post-sale engagement journey, ensuring successful onboarding, solution configuration, and customization tailored to each customer's unique operational needs.

Role and Responsibilities

  1. To drive requirement gathering workshops to understand the client’s environment and how the proposed solution intends to address the pain areas.
  2. Implement customer-relevant configurations in various OLOID solutions and to establish linkages to multiple line-of-business applications.
  3. To maintain Program Management control & oversight on large deployments and to maintain focus on creation of scope definition documents, capturing business requirements, obtaining sign-offs, tracking milestones, reporting and capturing updates in Project Management / Professional Services automation tools.
  4. Monitor and analyze system logs, performance metrics, and alerts to proactively identify and resolve system issues.
  5. Collaborate with product and infrastructure teams to ensure seamless integration and optimal performance of the deployed solution.
  6. Coordinate with the functional and product engineering teams for the system changes and release management as applicable.
  7. Maintain system security by managing accounts, roles, and authorizations according to security standard policies.
  8. Provide product training to customer’s core team and maintain oversight during the program rollout cycle.
  9. Troubleshoot related incidents and problems, working closely with the product team to resolve issues in a timely manner.

 Skills and Qualifications

  1. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent  in engineering / information systems / computer applications or equivalent.
  2. 5-6 years of experience. 3-4 years+ of relevant experience in external customer-facing SaaS project implementation programs.
  3. Working knowledge of enterprise SaaS applications, deployment methodologies, RestAPI integration approaches
  4. Understanding and analyzing Customer Business Processes / Requirements.
  5. Experience in Project and program management practices and methodologies.
  6. Excellent interpersonal, presentation, professional writing and communication skills.
  7. Past experience in the Cybersecurity/Identity Access Management domain will be a plus
