Privacy, Security & Compliance

OLOID offers a Privacy-Centric design where there is no image retention. Facial images are not stored; instead, facial landmarks are converted into a secure numerical template ("data blob") that is meaningless without context and cannot be reverse-engineered. Compliant with GDPR, HIPAA, CCPA, and BIPA, with advanced consent capture for custom legal integration. Ideal for industries needing strict privacy compliance, like healthcare, manufacturing, and finance.

Opt-In Consent Model: Users are given a choice to opt-in before enrollment. The consent system can present re-consent forms as regulations evolve.

Anonymized Data: Facial data does not contain personally identifiable information (PII) and is securely tied to badge or employee IDs.
