Time and Attendance Tracking

OLOID's facial recognition-based time clock application runs on off-the-shelf tablets, allowing employees to clock in and out using facial recognition, QR codes, or badges. This touchless system integrates with ADP Workforce Now® Essential Time, ensuring accurate and real-time recording of employee hours. Additional details can be found on ADP Marketplace

1. Integration with ADP Workforce Now (WFN) or RUN ADP:

  • Data Synchronization: OLOID uses ADP APIs to sync employee data, including names, employee IDs, job roles, and schedules, from ADP Workforce Now or RUN ADP.
  • Bi-directional Updates: Changes in employee data in ADP are automatically reflected in OLOID's platform, and vice versa, ensuring up-to-date information on both systems.

2. Time and Attendance Integration:

  • OLOID's time clock devices (RFID readers, facial recognition, or mobile apps) capture employee clock-ins and clock-outs.
  • These records are directly pushed into ADP for payroll processing and compliance reporting.

OLOID can also integrate break tracking, shift changes, and overtime into ADP.

Employee Data Synchronization

OLOID facilitates the synchronization of employee profiles between ADP and other systems, such as Active Directory. This ensures that employee information is consistent across platforms, streamlining onboarding and offboarding processes and enhancing security by promptly updating access rights based on employment status. Access Control Integration

Through OLOID Workflows, ADP can be integrated with physical access control systems like Honeywell Pro-Watch and Lenel OnGuard.
